General Properties

ANTI FLAME K5F is resistant to washing ANTIFLAME K5F it’s suitable for fabrics as PES, PES / PA and PES / home textiles, especially cellulosic fibers like Viscose, Curtains and furniture ANTIFLAME K5F is resistant to acids.

Recipe

ANTIFLAME K5F : 80-150 g/lit

Drying : 120 °C

Thermo fixing : 180-200 °C

Time : 30-60 seconds

After fixation process

ANTIFLAME K5F is advised to wash with cold water to rinse away unfixed compounds from the fabric So, the handle will be more smooth and dry.  Adequate ventilation must be provided in the working area during drying and fixation.

Due to the high application conditions (temperature, dosage) color changes and yellowness, also decreasing washing fastness in dark shades may be observed. Therefore, Lab test is recommended before using.

ANTIFLAME K5F is supplied in 120 kilo plastic drums and shelf life is 2 years in original drums under normal conditions
