Advantages

  • Kohan Surf Margoon is multi-purpose levelling and penetrating agent with an innovative formulation which used in all processes such as pretreatment, dyeing and printing also finishing for continuous, Exhaust and Bobbin dyeing.
  • It is used for all types of cotton, polyester and their mixtures.
  • Kohan Surf Margoon prevents staining in dyeing process of sensitive dyes and vinyl sulfone dyes such as turquoise blue and blue R special due to high solubility of dyes and high dispersion power.
  • This product comprehensively reduces the surface tension so it improves penetrating properties and helps to the absorption of chemicals and dyes.
  • Kohan Surf Margoon is recommended to use in dark shade dyeing process without pretreatment.
  • In printing process, it can be used for better penetration to the back side of delicate fabrics.
  • Kohan Surf Margoon is completely stable in acidic and alkaline conditions.

 

 

Application

The recommended dosage for:

  • increasing penetration in disperse, pigment and reactive printing is 1-2 g/kg.
  • increasing levelling dyeing is 0.2-0.3 g/l.
  • pretreatment and bleaching process is 0.25-1 g/l.

 

Packaging and storage

  • Available in 110 kg and 1000 kg IBC drums.
  • It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and frost.
  • Close the container lid after using.
