Advantages

• Kohan Soft Raise is a branched modified copolymer silicone softener that is suitable for all kinds of fabric specially for synthetic rabbit plush and velvet fabric.
• Kohan Soft Raise can provide a great finishing with excellent fluffy and smoothness beside to good elasticity.
• This product can be used in padding process with high stability as well as super finishing in raising machines.
• It is stable in acidic environment (pH = 4) at boiling temperature and alkaline environment (pH = 10) up to 50 °C.
• Kohan Soft Raise is stable against water hardness containing calcium up to concentration range of 250 ppm at 50℃.
• It is stable in an electrolytics with a concentration of 5 g/l up to 45℃.

Application

 10-40 g/l according to desired softness in foulard application.

Packaging and storage

• Available in 110 kg and 1000 kg IBC drums.
• It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and frost.
• Close the container lid after using.
