  • Kohan wet OK<\/strong> is a wetting and scouring soap for continuous systems; usable during scouring and bleaching processes to remove oils, waxes, and pectin from cotton. It also prevents impurities redeposition on the fabric.<\/li>\n
  • It has excellent enhancing hydrophilicity and color fastness, while also increasing fabric whiteness.<\/li>\n
  • Stable properties in sodium hydroxide <\/strong>up to 15\u00b0 Baum\u00e9 and also usable at 20\u00b0 Baum\u00e9, only continuous mixing is required.<\/li>\n
  • Usable as leveling agent in dyeing process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The dosage in bleaching baths varies depend on the system type, machinery, and continuous contact time which are influenced by fabric density, transport speed, dwell time in the foulard.<\/li>\n
    • The recommended dosage for scouring stage of cotton product: 0.3 g\/l<\/li>\n
    • The dosage of scouring stage using a jigger: 1\u20133 g\/l. (2 g\/l ensures excellent dye penetration).<\/li>\n
    • The dosage of scouring stage using a Haspel machine: 0.5\u20131 g\/l.<\/li>\n
    • In bobbin dyeing 10-20 g\/l is enough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Kohan Wet OK<\/strong> becomes cloudy in sodium hydroxide up to 5\u00b0 Baum\u00e9. (no negative effect on quality).<\/p>\n

                      the alkalinity and peroxide levels must be continuously titrated and monitored.<\/p>\n

                      Water hardness should be adjusted to DH5 by adding 0.2 g\/l of magnesium sulfate.<\/p>\n
