Cationic polymer solution.

General Properties

• Kohan Fix CF is re-dyeable fixing agent for direct and reactive dyeing and printing.
• Does not contain formaldehyde.
• Treated fabrics have excellent rubbing, washing, water, perspiration and wet ironing fastnesses.
• Fabrics treated with Kohan Fix CF does not cause color bleeding or fading even waited wet.
• Resistant to hard water and acidic medium.
• Suitable for use with softeners.
• Not compatible with anionic substances due to its cationic nature.
• Can be applied to cotton, linen, viscose and similar cellulosic fibers.

Fields of Application

Kohan Fix CF: 5.0 _ 15 g/lit

Liquor pH: 5.0 _ 5.5

Bath temperature: 30 _ 40˚C

When used with fabrics that are dyed directly and will be printed by abrasion, Kohan Fix CF should be applied after printing, fixing and rinsing.

Foulard speed can be decreased, if necessary, in order to increase the penetration of the product to the fabric

• Exhaust Method:

Kohan Fix CF: 0.5 _ 2.0 %

Liquor pH: 5.0 _ 5.5

Bath temperature: 40˚C

Duration: 20 min
