Advantages

• Kohan Fix Smart is polymer-based formulation for fixing dyes.
• This product enhances the dye fastness without affecting light fastness.
• It is compatible with both nonionic and cationic finishing agents in the same dyeing bath.
• Usable in both continuous and exhaust systems and printing processes.
• Not compatible with sulfate intermediates, has no foam or negative effect on the hand feel.

Application

In exhaust systems after dyeing:

• Kohan Fix Smart: 0.5–1 g/L
• pH: 4–5
• Temperature: 40–50°C.

(A complete rinse before application is advised for best results.)

Packaging and Storage

• Available in 110 kg and 1000 kg IBC drums.
• It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and frost.
• Close the container lid tightly after each use.
