Advantages

• Kohan Wash Super has high uniformity, dispersing and softening properties, it is usable in all bleaching processes to soften hard water.
• Has no disturb foam in the process.
• An effective component with the least harm in bleaching, dyeing and cleaning processes according to its PH value.
• This product forms strong complexes with ions during the bleaching and dyeing processes, effectively preventing their deposition on fabric surfaces and machinery and enhances color clarity.
• By its effective disperse properties it prevents accumulation of unfixed dye particles on fabric surfaces.
• Kohan Wash super soaping agent does not reaction ions in the color, therefore they increase color solubility.
• This soaping agent is a suitable choice for the fabrics printed by reactive dyes, disperse and blends. It also prevents dye settling on the white printing surfaces.
• Has some of the corrosion inhibitors properties.
• Thanks to its multi-purpose of this product, the maintenance is easy and cost-effective.

Application

• According to the dye and water hardness the recommended ratio of the product is 1:4-1:5
• After dyeing: use it after dilution at 1:6-1:8 ratio.

Packaging and Storage

• Available in 110 kg plastic drums.
• It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
