Advantages

• Wet Kohan Diamond is a fast-acting wetting agent that eliminates air and foam in the bath. At lower dosages, it is an excellent leveling agent.
• It enhances bleaching and hydrophilicity in cotton fabrics as an effective oil remover. usable in the same bath for dyeing dark shades.
• Has the minimum foam.
• Thanks to its dispersing and emulsifying properties, it prevents sedimentation of impurities such as oils, waxes, pectin, and other fats in the fibers to enhance the final cleaning performance.
• It increases hydrophilicity by eliminating trapped air in bobbin dyeing. it uniforms color across the yarn and surface through even penetration.
• Has excellent penetration properties in foulard, thermosol, batch pad, and pad-steam systems.
• After bleaching It has excellent hydrophilicity compare to other products.

Application

In exhaust system:

• Kohan Wet Diamond 7-1.5 g/l
• 95℃
• 45 minutes.

In cold batch system:

• Kohan Wet Diamond 3-5 g/l of

Dyeing system without bleaching for dark shades:

• Kohan Wet Diamond 2-4 g/l
• 60℃
• 30 minutes.

Continuous, thermosol, batch pad, pad-steam:

• Kohan Wet Diamond 2-4 g/l
• 95℃
• 45 minutes.

As leveling agent in dyeing process:

• Kohan Wet Diamond 3 – 0.5 g/l

After adding the dye, add Kohan Wet Diamond to bath at room temperature. Then, gradually raise the temperature to 60 °C and add the salt in several steps. Finally, add the carbonate slowly at room temperature.

Packaging and Storage

• Available in 110 kg plastic drums.
• It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
