Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water and NaOH at any ratio

Advantages

• Usable in hot mercerizing and reducing polyester de-weighting.
• Kohan Wet Natron effectively improves penetration of strong alkaline to the fiber therefore it is suggested for hot mercerizing treatment process.
• In an alkaline sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration range of 24–34 (°Bé), the conditions are suitable.
• Alkaline stability is (under high temperature) up to 100℃ also, it is usable as wetting agent in de-weighting process on cotton and polyester fabrics.

Application

The recommended dosage to reduce the weight of polyester fabrics:1-0.5 g/l.

Packaging and Storage

• Available in 110 kg and 1000 kg IBC drums.
• It can be stored in original containers at room temperature for 6 months.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and frost.
